About me
I'm Izabella. I pour at Chicago Prime Italian in Schaumburg, five nights a week, and I've been doing this long enough to know that the best drink of someone's night is almost never the one they walked in planning to order.
That's the whole job, as far as I'm concerned. Not memorizing a hundred recipes — reading the person in front of you and putting the right glass in their hand.
Away from the bar I'm usually at someone else's, on a Sunday, taking notes I didn't mean to take. Pour Society is how I bring the same thing to private events: a working bartender behind your bar, not someone pouring from a folding table.
Reading a room before the first order. Building a menu around the people actually coming. Keeping service steady at hour four, not just hour one. Making someone who says "I don't really like cocktails" change their mind.

Chicagoland and the northwest suburbs. Tell me the date and the headcount and I'll come back with a menu and a quote.
Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holidays. A cocktail menu matched to the people actually coming, and someone behind the bar who reads a room.
Signature drinks for the couple, a list that moves fast enough for a crowd, and service that holds up through the whole night rather than the first hour.
Office parties, client events, open houses. Clean setup, consistent pours, and a bar that looks like it belongs in the room.

You'll find me at Chicago Prime Italian in Schaumburg, five nights a week, from mid-afternoon until we close.
Sit at the bar, tell me what you usually drink, and let me pick for you. I'm good at it — and it's the fastest way to find something you'd never have ordered yourself.
There's a drink of the week every Monday. I post what I'm pouring, and it's on all five of my shifts that week.
