Only what you send us. If you email or call about an event, we hold what you tell us: your name, contact details, the date and location of your event, headcount, and anything you share about what you want served.
This website has no contact form, no account sign-up, and no advertising trackers. We do not sell anything through it.
This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We receive nothing from it and cannot identify you through it.
We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing you did not ask for.
Nobody, other than where a booking makes it necessary — for example giving a venue the name of the person we are setting up for — or where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone, ever.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed bookings are kept for seven years to meet tax record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
We may photograph drinks and general setup for promotional use. We do not post identifiable images of guests without permission. Tell us before the event if you would prefer no photography and we will respect that.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights, such as California or the EU, those rights apply and we will honour them.
This is an alcohol-related service and this site is not directed at anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
